Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Insolvix purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Start a Return Email us at support@insolvix.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items [Insert any exceptions, e.g., final sale items, hygiene products, etc.]

Note: Make sure this matches what you can actually honor operationally — a policy you can't fulfill leads to chargebacks and disputes.
